
Gwyneth Paltrow is coming out about her battle with postpartum depression after the birth of her second child.
She tells Vogue, “You know, I had postnatal depression after Moses. I didn’t know I had it until after it was over. I just didn’t know what was wrong with me. I felt really out of my body. I felt really disconnected. I felt really down. I felt pessimistic.”
Paltrow has returned to her pre-baby lifestyle that includes regular acupuncture treatments and massages which she thinks may help.
She's also working out again. In fact she and Madonna share the same trainer, Tracy Anderson. Paltrow jokes, “I still haven’t learned my lesson about not sharing my people with Madonna, because she steals them away forever.”
